Crystalife Assurance partners with LWI to improve Worklife Balance among its Employees; 6th July, 2012
LiveWell Initiative Academy (LWIA) trained the workers at Crystalife Assurance Plc, on how to balance Work and Life. The CEO LWI, Mrs Bisi Bright conducted the training workshop along with Public Health qualified specialist, Miss Kike Tairu. The topic on ‘balancing work and life’ included modules like Workplace wellness, Workplace health outcomes, Stress and stre
ssors, Women and workplace stress, Diet, DASH diet, Lifestyle and its modification, and, Anger and Sleep patterns.
Basic Health Checks with dispensing of free over the counter drugs was thereafter embarked upon by the qualified LWI medical officers; while massages were administered on the Officers. The event was rounded up with a lecture on Nutritional Healing.
The programme was a great morale-booster for the staffers of Cyrstalife Assurance who expressed gratitude to their management team and to LWI.
In her response, the CEO, Mrs Seyi Ifaturoti, expressed the organisation’s thrust in the direction of staff health and welfare, while Mr Niyi Aromolaran, Director of Administration, further corroborated this by emphasising the value addition of the programme.
