LiveWell Initiative Academy LWIA hosted a multiple health seminar for the young managers of Union Bank Plc recently as a value additive component of  their continuing career development within the organisation. The marathon programme was very exciting and the participants asked several interesting questions, some of which were ‘rather brave, but eye-opening’.  The participants learnt a lot about their health, nutrition and wellness issues, youthful health issues, ageing health issues, gender related health issues, and, exciting ways to enjoy a healthful and fulfilled career.

The programme was accompanied by free screening, counselling, and free  routine medicines for all the participants.

As usual, the participants really enjoyed themselves and wanted an ‘encore’.
