The LWI Academy recently carried out a training on First Aid/CPR and Basic Life Support with American Red Cross Certification for the staffers of Supreme Educational Foundation (SEF) Schools   at its  premises at No 23 Emmanuel Keshi StreetMagodo GRA 2 on the 17th of April 2015.

The scope of the programme covered topics such as administration of First Aid and CPR, Management of emergencies such as choking, drowning, and burns.

There were also sessions Responsiveness, Common Quick Remedies Poison Management and Basic Pharmacology all facilitated by members of the LWI Academy Faculty.

The participants also had an opportunity to put to practice what they learnt as they carried out demonstrations of the Heimlich maneuver, Recovery Position and Bandaging Techniques.

There was a written examination and successful candidates were presented their certificates.
