LWI graced the Corona School Agbara’s Health Safety and Environment Day Celebrations by partnering with the School. The organisation’s Regional  Programme Officer (North),  Pharm. Solomon Idowu delivered  a very unique lecture titled  ‘Nutrition and Wellness’; in a very unique way through chymes, rhymes, and ‘rapping’.  It was a very interesting lecture as the  students were taught  about the new food pyramid and the importance of exercise and nutrition, Michelle Obama’s Kitchen ( eat a yellow, orange, green and red), high and low fatty foods, wellness, nutrition and wellness songs, self esteem,  and the self esteem hug.

The teachers  and students of Corona School Agbara practised the self esteem hug. Basic Health Checks were  carried out and free Over the Counter Drugs were administered by qualified medical personnel.

LWI also participated in the Green Revolution;  as CEO LWI, Mrs  Bisi Bright planted a tree along with 3 other Special Guests at the event.
