The LWI Academy recently concluded a training on First Aid and CPR with American Red Cross Certification for the staffers of Union Bank on the 21st of June , 28th of June and 5th of July respectively at its corporate headquarters at Stallion House Marina Lagos.

The training programme covered topic such as administration of First Aid and CPR, Management of emergencies such as choking, drowning burns, Fire Prevention and Protection training by an official from the Federal Fire Service of Nigeria, Common Quick Remedies, Poison Management and Basic Pharmacology.

There was also a practical session were the participants carried out demonstrations on the Heimlich maneuver, Recovery Position and Bandaging Techniques. There was a written examination and successful candidates were presented their certificates.
