On the 20th of June 2016, the LiveWell Initiative LWI Academy recently carried out a health seminar themed “Nutrition for Career Optmization” for the graduate trainees of the Nigeria Stock Exchange NSE on the 20th of June 2016 at its corporate Head office 2-4 Customs Street Marina Lagos.

As the theme implied the programme was packaged to influence their health seeking behavior positively which will make them adopt good eating habits to embrace in order to optimize their career .

The programme started with a lecture titled “Nutrition for Career Optmization” delivered by the CEO LWI and NSE Faculty Member Pharm Mrs Bisi Bright. The lecture was very interactive and there was also a session for “Question and Answers”.

After the lecture, the participants were ushered to the LWI Stand for their health screenings which consisted of ; Stress Test, Body Mass Index BMI, Body Composition, Blood Pressure, Random Blood Glucose and Foot Neuropathy.

The participants also had the opportunity to visit the LWI Pharmacy Stand for Health counselling and medicines.
