LiveWell Initiative LWI has been running a monthly motivational and wellness programme for kids who live on the streets, since january this year.
The goal of the programme is to encourage them to go back home and to utilise the building tools such as self esteem and work on the ability to treat themselves with dignity and self-worth. The last lecture was taken by Dr Ogbonna, a clinical psychologist from Canada, who partnered with LWI in motivating the kids.
This programme is one of LWI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project, amongst other projects for the blind and the extremely health-challenged individuals.
The street kids need help, to go off recreational drugs and go back home.
